Return policy:  Please note that due to the personal nature of hats, there is a strict NO-RETURNS and NO-EXCHANGEABLE policy so please be sure of your purchase. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, on receipt of it is return to us, your money will be refunded. Please obtain proof of dispatch for any returned items as we cannot accept any responsibillity for items lost or damaged in transit. If an item is damaged during shipping to you, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and return it within 48 hours of receiving the item.
